  14. For some reason, just recently when I now start Procomm+ for win 2.11
  15. No AT commands are issued, I can't even issue commands to the modem
  16. manually but if i use a dos comm program it works fine.
  17. There IS one other thing which happens when i can't issue commands.
  18. The SD light in Procomm remains LIT when i CAN'T communicate with the modem.

  20. Also i have a USR Courier v.Everything and the 1/23/96 Flash ROM
  21. Port locked at 115k, Internal courier
